What do you really want?

Well, what do I want? I want to tell you what I want, and prove to you that you too are getting what you want all of the time. I have a thought that I want to eat today, I can eat healthy foods or fast foods or a snickers bar, but I do get what I want to eat within my means. My thoughts bring it into my reality. This is a very simple act but if your mind is busy with other things, you will forget to eat. It’s a conscious thought in the mind to eat. Now you do this every day and never think of it as thoughts bringing reality.


I wanted to be my own boss, I was tired of exchanging hours for the money that a company thought I was worth. I finally realized that there were only 24 hours in a day that I could exchange for money and I had to sleep too.

We go through the day, every day, creating our reality. We buy food, buy clothes, and we get to our destination by driving defensively. We are creating our life one millisecond at a time. We attract everything that we get in our life.

Here is an example again just to prove to you that you do get what you want. You want coffee in the morning, you get up and get it, and you materialize a cup, without thinking about it. You may have a vice, such as cigarettes, or alcohol, or any other vice you may be hooked on; well you always make sure you have it; people that smoke always have a pack of cigarettes on them. Why is it that people that smoke always have a pack on themselves? Simple, it’s the mind making sure it has nicotine at any given time. The mind cares about getting pleasure no matter what the circumstance is. You make sure you have a cup of coffee every morning don’t you?

My life changed once I actively started to think of my thoughts as creating energy. A thought is a physical thing; it can be measured by instruments. A negative thought also has energy and thoughts do come true. You will make your reality what it is you want or don’t want all of the time.

Your life is a product of your thoughts, as I have proven it to you above.

How can you turn your life into what you want it to be?

You have to want to change it now. Being “Thankful” is a great motivator. Be thankful for being alive, for being able to read this, for breathing, for your heart beats. Once you see the miracle you are you see how you can recreate your life. Be happy to be alive now. Go get a cup of coffee because your mind can create it.

Your current reality can change as fast as that! See your mind creating it. You will forget to keep track of your wants and not wants but that’s ok too. It’s a life style that if you start now you will fall into in time. Make a list and paste it to the sealing so it’s the first thing you see every morning. Buy a cheap ring and put it on a finger that with the ring on it, it will remind you, change your watch to the opposite wrist; all of these are just ideas for you to consider. I have a small rock which I carry in one of my shoes which reminds me everywhere I go. Current reality is changing as you read this and you put it into practice.
