What do you really want?

Well, what do I want? I want to tell you what I want, and prove to you that you too are getting what you want all of the time. I have a thought that I want to eat today, I can eat healthy foods or fast foods or a snickers bar, but I do get what I want to eat within my means. My thoughts bring it into my reality. This is a very simple act but if your mind is busy with other things, you will forget to eat. It’s a conscious thought in the mind to eat. Now you do this every day and never think of it as thoughts bringing reality.


I wanted to be my own boss, I was tired of exchanging hours for the money that a company thought I was worth. I finally realized that there were only 24 hours in a day that I could exchange for money and I had to sleep too.

We go through the day, every day, creating our reality. We buy food, buy clothes, and we get to our destination by driving defensively. We are creating our life one millisecond at a time. We attract everything that we get in our life.

Here is an example again just to prove to you that you do get what you want. You want coffee in the morning, you get up and get it, and you materialize a cup, without thinking about it. You may have a vice, such as cigarettes, or alcohol, or any other vice you may be hooked on; well you always make sure you have it; people that smoke always have a pack of cigarettes on them. Why is it that people that smoke always have a pack on themselves? Simple, it’s the mind making sure it has nicotine at any given time. The mind cares about getting pleasure no matter what the circumstance is. You make sure you have a cup of coffee every morning don’t you?

My life changed once I actively started to think of my thoughts as creating energy. A thought is a physical thing; it can be measured by instruments. A negative thought also has energy and thoughts do come true. You will make your reality what it is you want or don’t want all of the time.

Your life is a product of your thoughts, as I have proven it to you above.

How can you turn your life into what you want it to be?

You have to want to change it now. Being “Thankful” is a great motivator. Be thankful for being alive, for being able to read this, for breathing, for your heart beats. Once you see the miracle you are you see how you can recreate your life. Be happy to be alive now. Go get a cup of coffee because your mind can create it.

Your current reality can change as fast as that! See your mind creating it. You will forget to keep track of your wants and not wants but that’s ok too. It’s a life style that if you start now you will fall into in time. Make a list and paste it to the sealing so it’s the first thing you see every morning. Buy a cheap ring and put it on a finger that with the ring on it, it will remind you, change your watch to the opposite wrist; all of these are just ideas for you to consider. I have a small rock which I carry in one of my shoes which reminds me everywhere I go. Current reality is changing as you read this and you put it into practice.

My own search engine

My personal search engine, what I always wanted to have! Free too, for us unemployed people.

Many ways exist on how to make money online I will show you how I make money online.

Let’s first consider affiliate programs, hence two programs that work in tandem. These are the Acme People Search Engine and GDI (a host provider called Global Domains International).

Because people search is such a huge business with over 30% of all searches on Google, Yahoo, and Bing, we start with the acme people search engine, an awesome money maker all by itself.

There are several revenue Streams within the search engine affiliate program including Clickbank, HD Publishing, and Reunion.com. All of which pay you money.

You may be asking your self who created this program, well it was created by an intelligent man named Tissa Godavitarne. An unemployed guy who has reached financial freedom and wants to pay it forwards to you and me.

Let’s break the program down into its components; first you have Global Domains International. GDI is a host provider as mentioned above and better yet, they pay you commission when you signup others too. As a matter of fact GDI will pay you for every person that becomes a referred member, up to five levels. Their product is hosting and domain names and all of this is only for $10 per month with no setup fees.

Here is a brief description of how all of it comes together. As mentioned above, this is an affiliate program or opportunity. Once a person joins for free there is a three step setup process. Do not underestimate the power of this program please, although there is no setup fee, its very powerful. Many people join it thinking that it’s an automatic thing, it’s not. Mr. Godavitarne will place your people search page in the search engines but you have to work at advertizing it also. Do not fall asleep at the wheel of this program.

Tissa Godavitarne will even offer lessons on how to learn to make money online with any program, so if you are new at this, you too can become a professional and duplicate what he has done. This man really wants to pay it forwards.

1.- Become a member of Clickbank, HD Publishing, and Reunion.com then you enter the member IDs in their appropriate spaces so you can profit from them.

2.- Monetize: This is where you’d join GDI and register a Domain Name for your search engine. Note: Make your domain name relative to search, for example such as mine which is http://levis-people-search.ws or apeoplesearch.com. It’s up to you!

3.- Advertise: This is where you’d set up advertising for the search engine with Tissa Godavitarne.

The commissions start once you have others signup with the first step. Tissa will pay you Referral Fees whenever you refer others to become members, then pay you again if those members Monetize, and again when they advertise their own niche search engines. If a member maintains their status at step 1 for at least 30 days, Tissa will pay you $5.00. If a member maintains their status at step 2 for at least 45 days, Tissa will pay you another $10.00. And if that member maintains their status at step 3 for at least 65 days, Tisa pays you ANOTHER $15.00. That's a possible $30.00 per member from Tissa Godavitarne. GDI will also pay you for every member that completes step 2.

GDI will pay $100.00 for every 5 referred members in a given week plus $1.00 per referred members five levels deep and infinitely wide for as long as they stay active. Now consider this. How to get noticed by search engines and things I have learned so far

Let me start by saying that this blogging is new to me; I’ve been doing it since August 15^th of 2009.  I want to tell everyone that is visiting my blog, how to start this process and what to do after it is started. Now granted there are a gazillion ways of doing what I did and I am still learning it.

Step by step broken down as I learned it, for the newbies like me.

First thing you want to do is open a text document or a pencil and paper and keep track of all the steps you take so you can do many blogs about many things you feel something about. By the way you don’t have to have a new email address if you want to start a new blog page with blogger ok, I made 4 blogs with 4 different email addresses thinking that Blogger would not let me start a new page with same email and its hell to keep track of them all now.

1.- I went to www.blogger.com and created this blog to talk about things that I feel newbies like me would find useful, without paying for ebooks and more ebooks.

2.- I signed up with Google Adsense  so I could earn some $$, so I could keep buying ebooks and more ebooks so you don’t have to. Ebooks are necessary but "Just do it".  You don’t learn how to ride a bike from manuals! READ ADSENSE Terms of SERVICE "yes you want to read it, if you make a booboo with adsense they are not very forgiving ok" Ignorance of the law does not justify breaking it!

For us newbies (I did not know this) Adsense is a system that Google has which pays the web-owner (you) every time someone clicks on ads Google places on your webpage and after you collect $100.00 dollars, Google sends you a check in the mail. (Since the 15^th of last month I haven’t made 100 yet). But I do have over 500 visitors to this blog :).

Also sign up to Google analytics so you can keep track of how many hits you get to your blog, it’s kinda encouraging to see that ppl are actually reading it and learning in most cases about what you had to type about.

3.- I started to blog on things that I know most about, example I know a lot about home insurance coverage, so my 1^st blog was on that, you can read it at bottom of this page if you like or if you need to know what types of insurances there are. After that I kept blogging about programs I have joined, became affiliate with and so on. I love helping others since others have helped me through my entire life.  Thanks ppl!

4.- I then read in 1 of my ebooks that I should place my blog in directories so they can place me on search engines, so I did that. By the way, after you find directories online don’t go submitting your page to all of them, you will overwhelm the search engines and they will catch up to it (so I have read in another ebook) I submitted my website to 2 or 3 a week.

5.- I also read in another ebook that you should have your blog pinged (not sure what this does) but I searched: ping blog and got a bunch of pinging websites so I did that.

5a.- Find forums on the internet about what you are passionate about and comment in them, ask questions and in your signature box but your blog's address, so you get visitors that way, also email all of your friends and family and tell them about your blog, also go to Digg and sign up with them and leave your address there.

go to facebook or myspace and tell everyone about your blog there too.

6.- I didn’t use keywords to optimize this blog or anything like that, since when you start doing this you really don’t need to get caught up in that noise, maybe my blog would be doing better if I did, maybe not, don’t know and don’t care because I’m still learning, and I sure can’t type some post about who knows what just to get ratings. Write about what you’re passionate about. Like example, I can write books about my @#$% neighbors but I won’t because you never know if they will ever read this and one day I find my dogs poisoned or something. I am also passionate about helping ppl like me newbie.

7.- Step 1 broken down for you… Please guys or girls PLEASE, all I say to you is: please write about anything you like, just own it inside you, don’t DON’T go blog about dart frogs just because the president of XYZ country ate one and he lived to tell. Just because is on CNN it’s not news… Unless you are passionate about news!... But really really really please feel what you are blogging about.

8.- This step is the weird one for the ones that made their blog just to make money. Blogging is not an over-night money maker, it really is not. So with that in mind, you will blog until the cows come home and you will notice that your visitors do not click on your adsense no matter how you set it up, what colors you pick for the ads, where you place the ads. I’m still waiting for adsense ads to pay me so I can go to the store and buy gum with that money. So for you entrepreneur bloggers that think that you can blog about Obama and his health reform and then expect to get hits to your blog and make money from adsense I have a check in the mail for you that will arrive in a few weeks: Reality CHECK! Make payable to: No traffic!

And finally this is not really a step: leave messages on other ppl’s blogs, feed back is great! I learn from it, so please leave me a comment ok. J

"Work at home mom" Mary Steadman (Google results not good)

This Online Jobs Journal web page was actually the page that was featured on http://www.rr.com/.
I signed up with the company featured for the "Google Biz Kit" and at that time it said I never got a kit in the mail "go figure". When you sign up with them they charge you $1.97 for shipping for a fictitious kit on how to make money online with Google.
As you may or may not know by now "Google" will pay you money for advertizing for them through "Adsense".  After 5 days and no kit in the mail, I cancelled my account and called their customer service at (800).416.1339 and a guy that I could barely understand told me that the $1.99 was not for a kit in the mail, it was for a login and password so I could read all the info online. Now you would think that if you signed up for a kit in the mail you get a kit in the mail but according to them there is no kit in the mail. Just another misleading, deceiving, conniving website trying to take your hard earned money. By the way if you are gullible enough to sign up with these people, PLEASE cancel your order before 7 days from the day you signed up or they will charge you $69+ dollars for their info EVERY month after that. NO VACELINE included in that charge by the way.

A Little Help

Today I would like to tell you about home insurance and lessons that I have learned when I purchased my home.
I bought a new house just a few weeks ago, thanks to how a 39 yr old makes money online, I tried it and TADA! I have another house.

I wish my real estate agent would have told me everything I learned in the last few days, but maybe he didn't know it.

I found out that there are 3 types of insurance coverage to buy for a home at the time of purchase, and I will explain them here so I can help others to not get the wrong coverage.
-

1- "Full coverage insurance" or "Replacement cost guarantee" -
This insurance is the best because if anything happens to your home, the insurance provider will fix it.  This does not mean that your provider will replace your water heater if it bursts, but they will cover damage from the water.  This coverage increases with time, hence the property value increases a bit every year and it costs more to make repairs in case of damage to the structure.  This is usually the coverage you want to have and it does make your monthly payments increase over time.

2- "Loan cost"
This one only covers the property that is equal to the value of the loan. 
Let me explain what the above means in practical terms: If you own a home that is worth $100,000 dollars, but you only owe $20,000 dollars on the loan, this policy will only cover the value of the loan (which is what the lender or bank wants from you) but if your property burns down, this policy will only replace $20,000 dollars worth of property, hence you will live in the garage.  Most lender don't like for you to have such policies because there is no real incentive to continue to pay the loan in case of total loss.  Some people choose this type of insurance because the insurance payments decrease as the value of the loan decreases. But again, this is not recommendable and the lender can and most likely will demand that you have replacement cost insurance on the property or they will (lender place it) for you. NOTE: For a layman explanation of lender placed insurance see bellow.

3- "Lender placed insurance"
Policy purchased by the lender (bank) for the cost of the loan, again very similar to number 2 above except that this policy is sometimes up to 3 times as much as any policy you can purchase on your own.  DON'T let this policy be placed on your property EVER.  The reason for this policy to be put into place by the bank are a few, such as you lack property coverage of your own policy, or you can't find an insurance company to cover the property because of it's poor conditions, or you simply don't want to buy your own policy.  Either way, you will notice this policy on your property once your monthly payments increase due to its cost.

Lender placed insurance can also be placed by the (lender) if you live in for example in a community with an association and is within a flood zone, but the association does not participate in the national flood insurance program.

Other insurance policies: Now there is a policy called "Dwelling insurance" which is a policy a landlord would buy for his rental property, hence a landlord cannot insure the contents of the renter.
